Faulty or Incorrect Items

While the vast majority of our products pass through strict quality control, occasionally a defective item may slip through. If you receive a faulty product, please upload photos of the item via our returns portal.

Faulty items can be returned for an exchange, a full refund, or a Store Credit Gift Card (plus 10% of the item value). If the item is no longer available on our website, we can issue a Store Credit Gift Card (plus 10%) or a full refund once the item has been returned. A return shipping label will be provided, and we will cover any postage costs.

All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, including the original NineTwoFive resealable clear bag.

Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks to process, depending on your bank. Once we receive your parcel, it may take up to 7 business days to process your exchange, refund, or Store Credit Gift Card.

If you received the wrong item, please also upload photos via email ( 925studioau@gmail.com ). Incorrect items can be returned for an exchange, full refund, or Store Credit Gift Card. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit Gift Card or refund once the return is received. We will cover all return shipping costs.
